Refund Policy

Channel One will issue refunds only for the following circumstances:
1) Billed amount is incorrect
2) Registration failed or is duplicated
One may request a refund by contacting TeamRegister@ChannelOne.us.

The Medford Soccer Club will only issue refunds for the following circumstances:
1) The player is injured and cannot play the season.
2) The player has moved from Medford to another city.
3) There is no team available for the player. One may request a refund from Medford Soccer by contacting:Registrar@MedfordSoccer.com.
