Important Registration Information about :

Registration and Late Registration Fees

All Travel & Intracity Player Fees are as follows:

  • First Player (1st) - $85.00
  • Second Player (2nd) - $70.00
  • Third Player (3rd) - $70.00
  • Fourth Player (4th) - $55.00
  • Fifth Player (5th) - $30.00

Please Note:
Additional Players must be registered by the same parent member account to qualify for discount.
Players will not be placed on a roster until member's outstanding balances are cleared. 
“Outstanding balances” means any unpaid balance after Fall 2007 season.

  Late Fee (PLEASE register early to avoid a late fee):

•   For U10 - U14 Travel Players :  After Dec 4th, 2011, a late fee of $25.00 per player will be applied.

•   For U16 - U18 Travel Players :  After Dec 31, 2011, a late fee of $25.00 per player will be applied.

•   For U6 and U8 Intracity Players :  After Mar 1, 2012, a late fee of $25.00 per player will be applied.


Please Note:
Players who register and pay the registration fee prior to the applicable late fee date above are guaranteed placement on a team. 
Those who register and/or pay the registration fee after the applicable late fee date are not guaranteed a spot on a roster.

Discounts: 

For Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Board Members:

As set forth in Exhibit B to the Medford Soccer By-Laws, the following are the discounts applicable to Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Board Members:

  1. All U6 coaches and assistant coaches will receive free registration for their child(ren) that they are coaching and shall be reimbursed for any soccer classes they take to obtain a G, F or E license.
  2. All U8 coaches and assistant coaches will receive free registration for their child(ren) that they are coaching and shall be reimbursed for any soccer classes they take to obtain a G, F or E license.
  3. All Travel coaches and assistant coaches, conditioned upon the coach or assistant coach having an F certificate, will receive fifty percent (50%) off registration for their child(ren) that they are coaching and shall be reimbursed for any soccer classes they take to obtain a G, F or E license.
  4. All Board of Directors will receive fifty percent (50%) off registration for their child(ren) and shall be reimbursed for any soccer classes they take to obtain a G, F or E license.

Method of Payment     

In an effort to make the Registration process more timely and efficient for all involved, Medford Soccer announces that it is now Paperless. All Registrations and payments will now be completed through our website, TeamRegister.com, using our secure online credit card affiliate, Channel One.

As a result of this change, Medford Soccer will NO LONGER accept Registrations or payments (checks) made through the mail.

Age Groups

Following are the applicable Age Groups for the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 seasons (U16-U19 are open for spring only):

  •   U6 – birth date between August 1, 2005 and July 31, 2007
  •   U8 – birth date between August 1, 2003 and July 31, 2005
  • U10 – birth date between August 1, 2001 and July 31, 2003
  • U12 – birth date between August 1, 1999 and July 31, 2001
  • U14 – birth date between August 1, 1997 and July 31, 1999
  • U16 – birth date between August 1, 1995 and July 31, 1997
  • U18 – birth date between August 1, 1993 and July 31, 1995
  • U19 – birth date between August 1, 1992 and July 31, 1993
  • ("U" means "under") 

Pass card Photo:

 • Travel players must have a Pass card to play in the Spring season only. 
 • Pass card photos are coordinated and obtained through the Travel Coaches, as overseen by the Age Directors.

Players may purchase uniforms at the following cost:

  • Complete Uniform:  $30.00
  • Shirt (Jersey) only:  $17.00
  • Shorts only: $12.00
  • Socks only:  $7.00

Refunds:

Channel One will appear on your charge card statement.
Channel One operates TeamRegister.com
Our service to members is complete when registration data is transferred into Medford Soccer Club's records.

Channel One will issue refunds only in the event of one of the following circumstances:
1) Billed amount is incorrect
2) Registration failed or is duplicated
You may request a refund from Channel One by emailing TeamRegister@ChannelOne.us.

(please call before 5pm to void a transaction from earlier that day)
 

The Medford Soccer Club will only issue refunds for the following circumstances*:

     and supersedes this page.)
 1) The player is injured prior to the first game and cannot play the season.
2) The player has moved from Medford to another city prior to the first game.
3) There is no team available on which the player can be placed.
